Job Description

Research on the market, consumers, new trends, competitors on marketing activities, selling prices, sales channels, communication, promotions.
Develop a product development plan for each stage (by market, channel, segment, positioning...)
Propose improvements/launch new SKUs according to actual needs
Manage Portfolio & GP for the entire industry
Marketing budget management
Plan & implement consumer promotion activities (ATL, BTL, Channel MKT,...)
Report and evaluate Marketing campaigns
Manage costs & operating results internally/agency Coordinate with related departments: SO, Log, Accounting, Sales,...

Job Requirement

3 - 4 years of experience as Brand Manager or equivalent in FMCG, F&B, Retail companies
Attitude:Good communication, negotiation, strategic thinking

Understanding of consumers.
Ability to write product and brand ideas.
Ability to understand distribution systems.
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Understanding of basic financial knowledge.
Understanding of media expertise and market research
Leadership ability.
Ability to comply with principles.
