Job Description

  • Xây dựng brand Guidline và hệ thống bao bì cho toàn bộ Thọ Phát và MiniBao
  • Lên chiến lược thiết kế cho bao bì của từng thương hiệu.
  • Lên ý tưởng và thiết kế bao bì sản phẩm, posm, bảng hiệu, digital post. Tư vấn, kiểm tra và duyệt thiết kế cũng như đảm bảo chất lượng in ấn
  • Hỗ trợ các hạng mục Event, Digital, vật phẩm hỗ trợ bán hàng tại mỗi channel, hoạt động tại điểm bán.
  • Training, cập nhập các xu hướng thiết kế, màu sắc cho team
  • Thiết kế bao bì, POSM, Digital Post, Clip, Event, PR.....
  • Phân công công việc trong team, đưa ra tiêu chuẩn và đánh giá đội ngũ
  • Đào tạo, hướng dẫn đội ngũ nâng cao năng lực
