Job Description

  • Kiểm tra giám sát chất lượng từng công đoạn của quá trình sản xuất.
  • Nắm rõ các yêu cầu, thông số kỹ thuật cần kiểm tra tại từng công đoạn.
  • Thực hiện việc ghi chép biểu mẫu giám sát đầy đủ theo hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.
  • Kiểm tra phát hiện, ngăn chặn các sản phẩm không phù hợp để kịp thời chấn chỉnh, tránh xảy ra sai hỏng hàng loạt, gây ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng sản phẩm. 
  • Kết hợp với Quản lý khâu và Bảo trì khâu để giải quyết các vấn đề về sản xuất và thiết bị để hoàn thành công việc, hoặc giải quyết sự cố khi gặp vấn đề trong quá trình sản xuất.
  • Nhận định nguy cơ gây mất vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm trong sản xuất thực phẩm
