Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components supporting mission-critical business applications.
  • Design and optimize database structures, queries, and system performance for large-scale data processing.
  • Build reliable event-driven solutions using technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design to ensure maintainability and scalability.
  • Improve application performance, security, stability, and overall code quality.
  • Support CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and production troubleshooting when required.
  • Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment guides.
  • Continuously explore new technologies and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of Backend Development experience using Java/Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, relational databases, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
  • Familiar with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for building scalable, high-quality software.
  • Experience with gRPC, ReactJS/NextJS, AI-assisted coding tools, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
