Job Description

  1. Video Production:
    • Plan, shoot, and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
    • Ensure videos are optimized for social media, including vertical format and platform-specific requirements.
  2. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Content Hub Team to align video concepts with marketing strategies.
    • Partner with creators, celebrities, and influencers to create dynamic and engaging content.
    • Collaborate with the Video Editor to ensure seamless post-production.
  3. Technical Expertise:
    • Operate and maintain professional-grade video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and stabilizers.
    • Utilize mobile shooting techniques when required for social media authenticity.
  4. Trendspotting and Innovation:
    • Stay up to date with social media video trends and incorporate them into projects.
    • Experiment with creative shooting styles to make content stand out.

Job Requirement

  1. Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in video production, specifically for social media.
  2. Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in operating video cameras and lighting equipment.
    • Excellent visual storytelling skills tailored to short-form content.
    • Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, and emerging video trends.
    • Basic understanding of post-production workflows to assist the Video Editor.
  3. Key Attributes:
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with creators and internal teams.
    • Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
