Job Description

Product Requirement & Backlog Management

  • Analyze and translate high-level business requirements into detailed specifications, including logic flow, user journeys, and interactions.
  • Gather and prioritize product features in collaboration with stakeholders across business units.
  • Create and maintain a clear, well-prioritized product backlog that aligns with business goals and user needs.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

  • Work closely with UI/UX Designers to ensure intuitive, visually appealing, and user-validated product solutions.
  • Collaborate with Developers to ensure thorough understanding and correct implementation of product requirements.
  • Partner with the QC team to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning sessions.

Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Support the team in identifying and resolving product-related issues throughout the development cycle.
  • Make data-driven decisions by analyzing product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in defining and refining product solutions.

Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing

  • Provide training, documentation, and product guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment between business, design, development, and QA teams.

Job Requirement

Experience & Education

  • 1–2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software product development.
  • Experience in working with Agile teams and understanding the Scrum framework.
  • Experience in FMCG or Retail domains is a plus.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Proficient in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong skills in creating mockups, wireframes, and user flows.
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).
  • Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly.

Soft Skills

  • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical, customer-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
