Product Requirement & Backlog Management
- Analyze and translate high-level business requirements into detailed specifications, including logic flow, user journeys, and interactions.
- Gather and prioritize product features in collaboration with stakeholders across business units.
- Create and maintain a clear, well-prioritized product backlog that aligns with business goals and user needs.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
- Work closely with UI/UX Designers to ensure intuitive, visually appealing, and user-validated product solutions.
- Collaborate with Developers to ensure thorough understanding and correct implementation of product requirements.
- Partner with the QC team to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards are met.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning sessions.
Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Support the team in identifying and resolving product-related issues throughout the development cycle.
- Make data-driven decisions by analyzing product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
- Act as the voice of the customer in defining and refining product solutions.
Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing
- Provide training, documentation, and product guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between business, design, development, and QA teams.
Experience & Education
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software product development.
- Experience in working with Agile teams and understanding the Scrum framework.
- Experience in FMCG or Retail domains is a plus.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Proficient in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong skills in creating mockups, wireframes, and user flows.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly.
