Campaign & Strategy Execution
- Develop and execute promotions, sales campaigns, and offerings to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Plan, manage, and optimize ad spend across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook to maximize ROI and sales growth.
- Set KPIs, develop growth strategies, and align campaigns with commercial objectives.
- Identify new e-commerce opportunities beyond existing strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue streams.
E-commerce & Assortment Management
- Architect user experience and manage the workflow of TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook platforms, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with Category Managers to document assortment and merchandising strategies.
- Execute analytical models to optimize the profitability of each category in the online store.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify category growth opportunities.
- Support the development and optimization of tools and processes for improving efficiency in category management.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead large-scale eCommerce projects across all functions.
- Build and manage a team of internal and external personnel to develop effective eCommerce solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational goals are aligned with eCommerce strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Deputy CEO on key strategic decisions.
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in digital media and ad campaign management within FMCG or F&B.
- Proven expertise in TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook Ads, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to track CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and teams.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technologies, analytics tools, and ad platforms.
- Strong budgeting and P&L management skills for ad spend optimization.
- Experience working with REST APIs, data analytics, and automation tools in eCommerce.
Soft Skills & Leadership
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with strong presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Cooking Essential Goods or FMCG.
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asian e-commerce consumer behavior.
- Hands-on experience with emerging eCommerce tools and technologies.
