Partnership Development & Management
- Manage and expand relationships with existing partners across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.
- Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to create partnership strategies that drive growth for Cooking Essential Goods and other products within the group’s portfolio.
- Identify, build relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners to expand market reach.
- Develop a scalable partnership model and formalize partnership agreements.
E-commerce Strategy & Execution
- Plan, manage, and optimize ad spend across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook to maximize ROI.
- Lead the development of internal processes for content management, product development, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Growth & Performance Optimization
- Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance, ensuring they align with KIDO Group/E2E’s KPIs and strategic plans.
- Recommend and implement promotions, sales campaigns, and offerings to boost customer acquisition and engagement.
- Architect user experiences and optimize workflows across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook to maximize growth potential.
- Identify new business opportunities in e-commerce and social commerce beyond current strategies.
