Product roadmap and strategy
- Build and maintain an annual Product Roadmap, prioritizing new features and enhancements that align with business goals and user needs.
- Analyze market trends. User feedback and operational data to determine strategy and direction for product improvements.
Coordinate and gather requirements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (including business, IT, UX/UI, data and technical vendors) to gather and clarify product requirements.
- Translate business strategy into specific product requirements, ensuring a seamless and user-centric user experience.
Design and Development product
- Prototyping and design. Create wireframes and mockups, collaborate with the design team to deliver an intuitive, friendly user interface and experience.
- Coordinate with development team in implementing UI/Ũ and ensuring correct system integration.
- Work with the QC team to test and ensure product quality before release.
Deployment & Monitoring
- Ensure smooth product deployment, handling platform, database and system related issues.
- Monitor and fix technical problems during the implementation phase.
- Monitor and analyze application performance indicators (App KPIs) to effectively evaluate features and user usage.
Continuous Improvement and Scaling
- Improve web and mobile product features based on user feedback and business analysis.
- Optimize product release costs to shorten launch time and increase resource efficiency.
- Maintain complete, up-to-date product documentation to support future scaling and growth.
Education & experience
- University graduate majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in PO position or equivalent role.
Professional skills
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, especially Scum and Kanban.
- Proficient in using wireframe design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Visio, Balsamiq.
- Ability to analyze data and make product improvement recommendations based on actual data.
- Possessing good Business Analysis skills, able to transform business requirements into feasible solutions.
