Strategic Business Management (20%)
- Develop and present annual business plans including STP, 4P, and business models.
- Identify opportunities and challenges internally and externally to craft segment strategy.
Commercial Planning & Innovation (20%)
- Lead category development plans including portfolio roadmap and innovation pipelines.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies per channel and region.
- Manage segment P&L and recommend pricing.
Execution & Sales Enablement (30%)
- Supervise product launches in collaboration with NPD, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Track weekly/monthly performance KPIs across SKUs and regions.
- Drive actions to improve sell-out, in-market execution, and trade efficiencies.
Cross-functional Alignment & Project Control (20%)
- Ensure alignment across departments (Sales, MKT, Trade, SCM, Finance).
- Govern execution and ensure teams deliver on business plans.
Profitability Management (10%)
- Optimize gross margin and control COGS across key SKUs.
- Monitor and enhance cost efficiency and operational RO
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG with minimum 5 years in instant noodle or convenience food category.
- Proven leadership in P&L, cross-functional team management, and GTM strategy.
- Strong experience with distribution models: GT/MT/HORECA.
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen
